Shipping policy
Shipping and Delivery Times
Hey there! We want to make sure you know exactly when to expect your order, but keep in mind that because some of our products are handmade and shipped from different countries, delivery times can vary based on the product you’ve purchased.
Estimated Shipping Times:
- 1-3 Days: For our brand's metal model toys (the exact time depends on the complexity of the craftsmanship).
- 5-15 Days: For custom-made metal model toys.
Delivery Times:
- 8-16 Days: For non-customized metal model toys.
- 12-30 Days: For customized metal model toys.
When we deliver, we’re transferring the product to you, meaning you take on any risks associated with the item once it's in your hands.
Your order will be shipped to the address you provided. Just a heads-up: if the address you gave us is incorrect, Golittleshop isn’t responsible for any delays or extra costs. If a wrong address is entered, there will be additional delivery charges if we need to send it to a new address.
Make sure to check your package and the items inside when they arrive. If something looks damaged or if the quantity doesn’t match your order, let us know within 14 days of receiving the product. You can email us at support@golittleshop.com with your customer number and order reference.
If we don’t hear from you, we’ll assume everything was delivered correctly and is in perfect condition.
You’ll see the estimated delivery time when you place your order and again in your confirmation email. For France, here's a quick breakdown of the delivery times:
- Non-customized products: 8 to 16 days.
- Customized products: 12 to 30 days.
If you’ve asked us to leave your order at your doorstep or with a third party, please note that Golittleshop is not responsible for any loss or damage that may happen after delivery.
If we miss the delivery window, please reach out to our customer service team. We’ll work with you to figure out the cause of the delay and make things right. If it’s not due to unavoidable circumstances and we’re still not able to deliver within the extra time we agree on, you can cancel your order. Once we get your cancellation request, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.
For any order paid using a voucher, promotional coupon, or any special offers, refunds can only be issued in the form of the same (voucher, promotional coupon, etc.).

Once your order ships, we'll email you all the details so you can keep an eye on your package. You can track your order at https://www.17track.net/en. Just give us 1-2 business days to get tracking info available.
